We contacted Jim to help us buy a house in the Brookside area. He was very responsive to see us quickly to assess what we wanted. Each time we sent new houses we wanted to see he was quick to schedule for us. When we found “the” house he provided good advice on what to do next – price, negotiation points, etc.

Nicole is the absolute best! She has sold and found new homes for us and our kids, even during this crazy pandemic. When I hear folks want to sell or buy I always send them to Nicole. She goes above and beyond to get your home sold fast and find you the perfect home! Love her!!

Courtney made the process of selling my house and buying a condo the best I could have hoped for. She knows the markets involved and is an expert in pricing. She is very attentive and explains the process clearly and completely. She is experienced and has developed working relationships with other professionals involved so that every detail is attended to thoroughly. I could not have asked for a better realtor plus she is fun to be with.
