Courtney worked w/ my fam to sell my dad's house late this Fall. As a native of KC it's clear she knows the market well, but she was also thorough enough in her process to get validation/second opinion from others on her team. "I met Jim during a difficult time. My father was ill and I was in process of moving him from Kansas City to my home in Springfield. I was trying to care for him, get him ready to move, and sell his home all at the same time. Jim made the home sale as simple for me as was possible! Nicole made selling my first house painless. From the first time I met her while interviewing potential realtors, I was impressed by her professionalism - she came prepared to my house with knowledge of my neighborhood (despite it being outside the area most of her houses were currently located) and local market. She stood out from the other realtors by her willingness to help me, a single women with pets, show my house - even offering to come and let them out when viewings or inspections occurred (no one else offered this level of service!). She sold my house quickly and continued helped me with all the details after that including finding great companies (timely and affordable) to make the repairs that were requested after the inspection. I highly recommend Nicole (in fact, a friend has already used her) and if I wasn't moving out of the area I would definitely use her myself again!

As a first-time home buyer I was nervous and had many questions and concerns about the home buying process. Thankfully I had Nicole to help me. She worked around my schedule to show me homes, she answered every question I had promptly either by phone or email. She provided me with step by step directions and expectations on the process. At every inspection (I had 4) she was there to help me and explain what I should be looking for and what she had experienced in the past. I could not have found my prefect home without her. Even after closing she was still helping me with questions and requests. The whole closing team was professional and prompt in making sure I got my house!

Courtney Kraus was a godsend to our family! She helped make the home buying experience for new parents fun and stress free. Judy Rea helped us to find our dream home in an extremely hectic buying climate. There were seemingly, no homes available... Not in Judy's world. She found the perfect home, in the perfect location, and helped us to secure a contract to purchase. She later introduced us to a very capable lender, that not only had money to buy the home, but also to make the improvements that we wanted. Judy was calm, cool, and collected at all times; even when her client may not have been. In addition to an immense understanding of the market, she also possesses a keen eye for the details of a transaction,( I assume, due to her background as an attorney). If we ever look to buy another home, Judy will be the only call that I will make. She is simply the best.

Jim worked with us for quite sometime as we attempted to purchase a home from a stubborn homeowner. When it became clear that the homeowner's expectations were unrealistic and things were'nt going to work out, Jim managed to find us what has turned out to be a far better home for our family. Because of Jim's knoweldge of the area and relationships with so many families in the neighborhood, we managed to find a new home in the neighborhood we love and didn't want to leave. He is responsive, works hard, and cuts to the chase.

I contracted with Judy to handle selling two (separate) properties--at the same time, and her involvement from staging, presentation, to contract closing was engaging and very impressive. Judy's involvement was instrumental in selling both properties in a timely and efficient manner.
